How It Works

Register

Register attendees at the welcome table upon arrival. Let us know who will be staying, as well as what needs your children or family members may require.

Set Up in the Barracks

Set up all attendees in the designated barracks with their bedding and belongings. Feel free to ask the barrack "parents" any questions.

Drop Off

Feel free to drop off your children with our caretakers for a week of fun and growth.

You also have the option to bring the whole family, and stay the week as well. The whole family is welcome!

Pick Up

Return to pick up your children either on Friday Night or Saturday Morning.

The event ends Friday night, and everyone must be out by Saturday Morning.

Child Care

While the whole family is welcome to all activities if you choose to attend, we are also happy to look after your children for the week! Just be sure to register all attendees and send them with all necessary medication and personal items. Our volunteers will take great care of your family as they have over the years.

What We Provide 100% FREE

Place to Stay

There are girls and boys barracks provided to stay. There are mattresses and tables set up, but we ask that you bring your own pillow and bedding such as a sleeping bag or sheets + blankets.

Meals

We provide three delicious meals a day, made in a commercial kitchen! There are always multiple options in order to meet most dietary needs. We also provide milk and cookies at the end of each night. Please contact us for questions regarding allergies and restrictions.

Bible Sessions

Each day there are several Bible sessions from various presenters, giving us all the opportunity to learn from multiple perspectives. There are breaks after each session.

Activities

Every day there are indoor and outdoor activities available. We have lots of fun and find ways to incorporate all ages into different aspects of the various activities.
